Who Am I & Why Should You Care?
I’ve got something important to talk to you about today:

So just a quick overview, I developed chronic IBS 12 years ago and suffered from dairy and gluten sensitivity ever since.
If I’m not on my travels or eating out, my diet consists purely of organic foods.
I’m not a vegan or a vegetarian but I avoid and hardly EVER eat meat!
What’s that even called??..ha!
I suppose I’m not a strict vegetarian shall we say.
Don’t get me wrong…
I like the taste of meat but I do avoid it due to the scary toxins and the antibiotics they pump animals with.
And when I’m out and about, I usually opt for vegan foods so I can be sure theirs no dairy involved.
I’m an organically fuelled meat-eating vegetarian gluten free critic crazed health geek!
That’s me! Now onto my travels.
Vegan Dairy & Gluten Free Food Critic – Travelling The World
I LOVE travelling!
Yet finding cafes and restaurants that provide vegan and gluten free options can be a nightmare.
I find I’m spending half my holiday searching out free from foods.
That and making cat marsh-meow-llows…ha!
And to make things worse…
It’s in a foreign language. I’ve never used Google translate SO much in my life!
So now I’m on a mission!
To seek out, review and share with you my finds on the BEST free from cafes, bakeries and restaurant hot spots around the world.
I’m a gluten free food critic by nature, so you can be sure I’ll find the BEST vegan and gluten free eateries, snacks and cafes around.
But you can read more about that later in my posts.
Now I’d like to share with you the love I have for cooking in my lab…I mean kitchen.
Dairy & Gluten Free Baking
Baking is what I LOVE most.
Not being able to eat gluten and dairy foods was a KILLER when it came to sweet treats.
And as for the shop bought gluten free cakes…
Well, I might as well eat stale dust!
But for years now I’ve been baking and experimenting with organic dairy and gluten free produce.
Baking gluten free is one thing, baking dairy AND gluten free is one heck of a challenge.
I’ve been on a few gluten free baking and chocolate making courses up till now.
Bettys chocolate course was AMAZING!
That being said, I can now say…
I ain’t missing out on nowt!
I’ve taken traditional recipes and used fresh, organic quality gluten free alternative ingredients and made some plate licking delicious treats.
My carrot cake recipe is so moist it’s suckable.
And my cinnamon rolls are so soft and light you won’t even know their gluten and dairy free.
But don’t take my word for it, GET baking them yourself.
Remember, the proof is always in the eating 🙂
As a crazed health geek, I’m all for eating SUPERFOODS by the ton!
This is no joke!
I literally consume heaps of organic veg weekly.
Think I’m exaggerating
Just look at my weekly Riverford order. This is what I eat in just 1 week!
