Luxury Dairy Free Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients

  • 50 g Organic Flaked Quinoa
  • 300 ml Organic Rebel Kitchen Dairy Free Coconut Milk
  • 80 ml Water
  • 1 Tsp Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Organic Vanilla Bean Paste
  • Pinch of Organic Himalayan Salt
  • 50 g Organic Coconut Meat blitz to a pulp
  • 3 Organic Cardamon Pods de-husked and ground

Optional. But you're crazy if you leave them out :)

  • Cacao Powder
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil.
  2. Once it starts to boil, cover with the lid and turn the heat right down to simmer for 14 minutes (stir often and keep the lid on)
  3. Scoop a large amount (don't skimp, it's a treat) into your bowl and dust with cacao powder and pour a good dose of honey on top.
