Gluten Free Cheese Filled Veg Dough Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 70 g Coconut Flour
  • Dairy Free or normal cheese of your choice
  • 4 Tsp Pysillium Husk
  • 4 Tsp Ground Flaxseeds
  • 4 Tsp Boiling Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 40 g Pak Choi
  • 30 g Broccoli
  • 25 g Spinach
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Sprig of Rosemary
  • 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • A good pinch of Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Fennel

Instructions

  1. Put all the veg, spices, herbs, eggs and salt in a blender and blitz until smooth and runny.

  2. In a bowl add the coconut flour, psyllium husks, flaxseeds and baking powder.

  3. Pour in your blitz super greens mixture and mix.

  4. Add the boiling water, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.

  5. Grab some of your dough mixture and start to form a ball.

  6. Get a small cube of cheese and stuff it in the middle and continue to roll it in your hands.

  7. Using a flat baking sheet with baking paper, bake in the oven on 200c for 15 minutes.

  8. They should be OOZING by now so eat them when they're nice and warm.
