Gluten Free Smoked Garlic & Mushroom Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

  • 620 g Mushrooms Pre-cooked weight
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Coconut Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Psyllium Husks
  • 1/2 Tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 5 Tbsp. Dairy Free Milk
  • 1/2 A small root of fresh Turmeric
  • A handful of Parsley & Coriander
  • 2 Good Sprig of Thyme.
  • 1 Sprig of Fresh Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Cook the mushrooms in the oven until soft (about 15 mins). Keep the juices.

  2. Pop everything into your blender and blitz to a smooth pulp.
  3. Line a flat baking pan with baking paper (don't use greaseproof paper).
  4. Spread the mixture out.
  5. Bake in the oven on 200c for 15 minutes.
  6. Leave to cool completely before you start making your wraps.
